INGREDIENTS:

1. Chicken Chop Marinade • 200g boneless chicken thigh • 5g diced garlic • 3g ground black pepper • 2.5g salt • 3g rosemary • 2g olive oil • Cornstarch, for coating 2. Frying Flour • 2⁄3 tablespoon salt • 1⁄2 tablespoon thyme • 1⁄2 tablespoon basil • 1⁄3 tablespoon oregano • 1 tablespoon celery salt • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper • 1 tablespoon mustard powder • 4 tablespoons paprika powder • 2 tablespoons garlic powder • 1 tablespoon ginger powder • 3 tablespoons white pepper powder • 2 cups wheat flour • 1 tablespoon Ajinomoto (MSG) • 3 cups flour 3. Additional Ingredients for Cooking Chicken • Butter • Garlic cloves • Rosemary • Cooking oil 4. Wedges • Thawed potato wedges • Cooking oil, for frying • Cheese sauce, for serving 5. Marinade Ingredients – Alternative Recipe • 5 pieces chicken • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt • 1 teaspoon paprika powder • 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder • 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper • 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger powder • 1⁄2 cup water

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Marinate the chicken with garlic, black pepper, salt, rosemary and olive oil for 30 minutes, then coat evenly with cornstarch and the prepared frying flour.

2. Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the coated chicken until golden brown and fully cooked.

3. Reduce the heat, add butter, garlic cloves and rosemary, then baste the chicken with the melted butter and oil until fragrant.

4. Wrap the cooked chicken in aluminium foil and let it rest for 3 minutes before serving.

5. Fry the thawed potato wedges in hot cooking oil until golden brown and crispy, then serve with cheese sauce.
